The role will concentrate on managing geographically dispersed teams and Sales departments across the North and Midlands ensuring that the sites are adhering to company process, are highly efficient and achieving key performance indicators whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and consistently meeting regulatory compliance standards. The role is accountable for maximising sales and improving profitability, having full profit and loss responsibility of the sales departments. Previous experience of managing multi-site Used car sales departments. Managing geographically dispersed sales teams including Sales Executives, 4 sales managers and sales teams of up to 20 people. Traveling to 4 sales sites across the North and Midlands, Knowledge and understanding of the UK sub-prime motor finance market, Good understanding of relevant legislation, Strong sales, analytical, organisation, communication and people skills, Excellent opportunity with expanding company, the Ideal candidate will be based in the North Midlands area. Salary: £55k basic + car allowance + 30% bonus + fuel - MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE
