Our client a main dealership in Coulsdon are looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their team.
The main role of the position is to ensure the smooth running of the admin department providing assistance to the fleet sales executive.
You will also be required to provide aftercare in support to customer’s general enquiries i.e. – fact finding quotations etc.
You will need to be: Organised, friendly and helpful, flexible and able to prioritise a changing to do list, detail oriented and accurate, trustworthy and reliable self-motivated, articulate and a good communicator, good with English (verbally and written), proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel and MS Office).
Experience with in a Fleet Sales Administrator role is preferable however our client will also consider applications from candidates with Sales Administrator experience looking for their next career move. Salary: 23k + OTE
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE.
