Our client a Car Manufacturer in North London are looking for an IT SUPPORT person to join their team. You MUST HAVE good working knowledge of an automotive software called KERRIDGE. It will to assist and support 20 users based in London, Diagnosing and resolving all IT related technical issues, both hardware and software. Providing desktop and user support to all users. Fault finding, reporting and maintaining of logs on servers, desktops and laptops. Undertaking small - to medium - sized IT projects as instructed. Escalating IT issues to the relevant IT Manager where necessary. Setting up and configuring new core servers, and installing authorised software to core servers. Ensuring patches and upgrades are applied to core servers.
