Our client a main dealership in High Wycombe, are looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join the team and hit the ground running. As a Warranty Administrator you will be responsible for administering all agreed warranty claims, retail invoices, and dealing with invoice queries and customer complaints. You will ensure accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and also monitoring daily, weekly and monthly warranty reports. Ensure all administrative functions within the warranty department are carried out in accordance with company policy. Maintain knowledge on all warranty procedures and documentation. Salary: 25k + OTE - MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE.
