Experienced Dealership Accountant to produce month end accounts and balance sheet for the individual sites in the area of responsibility, including franchise specific consolidation packs. Prepare management reports on a periodic and ad hoc basis as requested. Liaise with the Financial Controller and Franchise Manager to ensure they are fully aware on all financial issues. Prepare and submit the manufacturers Inter Dealer Comparison Composite data, in a timely manner to the highest of standards. Attend monthly operational finance reviews, covering each outlet with the group’s senior management team.To highlight areas for improvement, share best practice and drive the financial and operation performance of the business forward. Excellent IT skills, with a good knowledge of Excel and Pinnacle Dealer Management System. Experience of working in a robust, well controlled financial environment with multiple outlets Ability to prioritise workloads in an efficient and effective manner, delivering results in a timely fashion, with the ability to work on own initiative. High Level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong team leadership and supervisory skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicated effectively with both financial and non- financial staff. Happy to challenge management and drive on-going process improvement.
