Temporary Vehicle Sales Administrator required to check all retail sales Order Forms are completed in full and signed by customer and authorised manager prior to processing. Check all Deal Profit Reports are completed in full and signed by an authorised manager prior to processing. Print workshop job cards for sales department requests, immediately upon receipt of fully completed Order to Works, ensuring all lines are set up accurately. Process all Invoices, ensuring they exactly match the signed Order Form. Process all auction sales following the process detailed in the Sales Administration Guide. Set up all new vehicles on Kerridge . Set up all used vehicles on Kerridgeafter checks) ensuring all relevant checks are performed in advance . Update all vehicle details as required (e.g. consignment no’s, radio / key codes, mileage, S.I.V., sale price etc) ensure all sales administration duties are carried out accurately and within agreed time scales. Ensure reporting deadlines are met. Ensure audit quality standards are achieved. Maintain close relations with accounting staff in RAC, alerting the RAC and dealership general manager regarding non-compliance to Group audit standards.This is a temporary assignment with a view of going permanent Salary: Negotiable - YOU WILL HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE OF THE ABOVE WITHIN A DEALERSHIP, KERRIDGE SKILLS ARE PREFERRED
