Assistant Account Manager. The purpose of this job is to provide support to the Franchise Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to enable them to provide a first class Business Management Service to the Franchise and it’s Dealers. Allocated to an Account Manage and Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for up to 6 franchises Ensure that allocated tasks are completed to it’s conclusion. Be able to plan and prioritise personal activities, especially managing personal time and productivity. Review composite submissions and manage them through a validation process to a set deadline. Contact Dealership Accountant regarding queries from submissions and ensure resubmissions are received if required. Attend review meetings with the Account Manage and Senior Account Manager to provide support and knowledge of submissions Check output reports where required. Attend training to develop knowledge, techniques and skills. Review and chase outstanding IT helpdesk calls to ensure completion, to enable franchise requirements to be met. Promote all additional Company, audit, tax & marketing services to manufacturers and dealers Maintain account plans for each franchise where required. Provide general admin support to the Account Manager and Senior Account Manager where required to ensure reporting requirements are met. Salary: 25k pa - ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS MOTOR RETAIL EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
