Account Manager required to be responsible for up to 6 franchises. Plan and prioritise personal activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims especially managing personal time and productivity. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. Ensure that Account Managers or Assistants review composite submissions and manage them through a validation process to a set deadline. Contact Dealership Accountant regarding queries from submissions. Check all output reports before and after review with franchise. Arrange and hold review meetings with franchise onsite or at the manufacturers. Identify poor performing dealers and facilitate action plans to address the issues. Visit dealers to improve data accuracy and dealership profitability. Develop the role in line with business need. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. Managing internal resource, admin and IT as necessary in order to ensure reporting requirements are met. Promote all additional, audit, tax and marketing services to manufacturers and dealer linked to target related bonus. Produce and maintain franchise account plan for each of the franchises. Maintain multi level relationships at the franchise. Manage the whole process with each franchise. Taking ownership of the customer relationship. Manage the liaison between IT and the Composite Department for all franchises. Manage the liaison between Service Desk and the UK Composite Department for all franchises. Manage the admin staff in the team. Carry out staff inductions to the Composite Department for new employees to this & other departments. Salary: 40,000 Euros - ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS MOTOR RETAIL EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
