A car manufacturer with a reputation for quality, innovative products that push boundaries are seeking an Academy Manager to manage, create and implement dealer facing Learning & Development programmes.
This role would suit someone who has worked for a vehicle manufacturer and who has experience of influencing dealers and managing people. You will need a strong knowledge of dealer operations, supplier management and demonstrate excellent commercial acumen. Previous experience in Learning & Development is not essential.
You will develop and deliver the annual academy training strategy with full budget responsibility. You will lead a team direct reports & out-sourced agency personnel with overall responsibility for supporting the development and implementation of the key Learning & Development programmes for the manufacturer’s UK dealer network.
