If so, we have a rare and exciting opportunity for an Accident Repair Centre Manager to join the successful team at our Lloyd Bodyshop, Carlisle.

Lloyd Motor Group currently has 6 BMW and MINI retailers as well as operating 8 franchise dealerships representing brands including Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Honda, Honda Motorcycles and Motorrad, and 5 state of the art Bodyshops.

Reporting into the Group Bodyshop Manager & Head of Business, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Bodyshop to maximise the department’s profitability and achieve / exceed business plan targets, through the delivery of a high level of customer and colleague satisfaction and retention.

You will play a key role in the successful running of this busy department to ensure overall site performance whilst also concentrating on business growth.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills/experience:

  • Strong, proven leadership skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • The ability to motivate a team of people to achieve individual and common goals
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence your team
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to your work
  • Must be fully computer literate and be able to create daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience with Audatex and Emacs would be advantageous

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary (dependant on experience), Company Car, company pension and 30 days annual leave per annum.
