Kelk Consulting Services is an independent business of automotive system specialists with extensive OEM, dealer group and retailer experience.
We provide the industry with IT programme management, consultancy and support for a wide range of retailer focussed IT projects of any size or complexity.
We work across all levels of the industry in the UK and internationally.
We are now looking to increase our team to include the newly created role of Accounts Support Analyst.
You will report directly to the Managing Director.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working within the automotive sector within a busy dealership, with a background in both purchase and sales ledger and an in depth knowledge of CDK software are prerequisites for this role. You will need to use your initiative when prioritising work load to support the client’s needs. In addition you will need exceptional interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with KCS clients on a daily basis.
The ability to set up systems and processes in order to maximise both time and efficiency will be key skills needed to succeed in this fast paced business. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures together with the ability to deal with people at all levels is also essential.
You will need your own transport and live within a practical commuting distance of the offices which are in a semi-rural location close to the village of Whitchurch RG28 7PR, between Newbury and Basingstoke.
