Job Title: After-Sales Administrator
Temp or Perm: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm ad-hoc Saturday
We have an amazing opportunity for an After-Sales Administrator. You will be apart of a lovely team working within a family-feel environment.
It is essential that you are highly organised and have strong administration skills for this role.
Contacting customers after sale is complete
Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
Input data into Excel spreadsheets to track enquiries
Speaking to customers for feedback
Contacting customer to resolve any outstanding queries
Liaise with customers
Book customers in for appointments and co-ordinate diaries
Office administration duties
Filter and handle customer inquiries
Provide excellent customer service
Keeping in-house computer system up to date with stock vehicles
Maintain data in the relevant Systems (Excel)
Maintain customer related data
CRiS/HPI checking of all vehicles brought in to stockEssential Skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
Strong administrative skills
Good interpersonal skills
Fully proficient with Microsoft, Word, Excel
