POSITION: After Sales Advisor/ Manager
HOURS: 38 Hours a week Monday – Friday
SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, 25 Days Hols + Stats,
I am actively recruiting for an experienced and professional After Sales Advisor/ Manager who has worked within manufacturing or the Automotive Industry to work with a growing prestigious Automotive Manufacturing business based in Bradford.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has worked as an After Sales Service and Repair Advisor looking for a step up into a standalone Management role or previous After Sales Manager looking to join a proactive growing business.
You will be a results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in building and strengthening existing and new relationships and opportunities.
I am looking for an Individual that that has a clear customer service focus on Building Existing Relationships strengthening the After Sales and Service and Repair Department.
2 years minimum experience working within a customer service orientated role within Manufacturing /Production Environment (Automotive/Fleet)
Managing outbound and incoming calls regarding after sales enquiries and complaints
Upselling to existing Customers.
Technically and commercially minded with good engineering knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels
Ability to build and develop relationships with Existing clients/customers and suppliers
Tenacious with the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes
Good organisational skills working to deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are vital.
Maintaining regular and professional contact with customers with updates on After Sales, Service and Repairs
Ensure a quality customer focus is maintained to support the brand values.
Responding quickly to enquiries, completing estimates and quotes and feeding back to the customer against agreed delivery promises.
Take full ownership and responsibility for processing spares and orders
Working closely with the quality department supporting with vehicle inspections and quality control
As well as day to day coordination of all health and safety in relation to vehicle service and repairs working to SOP’s and business key requirements
Ensuring compliance with all relevant aspects of HS&E.
Handling incoming enquiries and complaints and providing assistance and support in resolutions taking full ownership and responsibility.
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on skills and experience, Pension, 25 Days Hols + Stats.
