After Sales and Services/Spares Manager
Established in the early 1990s, we are now world leaders in innovative technology for sophisticated, intelligent electro mechanical solutions. We now have an opportunity for an After Sales and Service/Spares/Maintenance Manager to join us to cover a period of Maternity leave (12 months). You will be responsible for leading a rapidly growing team of Installation and Service Engineers, Schedulers, Sales Executives and Software Renewals Executives. The team are responsible for all aspects of the After Sales experience to our customer base from the initial installation through to support and maintenance. As the Aftersales Services and Engineering Manager, your main mission will be to drive growth and have focused leadership into establishing efficiencies and automation across all areas of Aftersales Team, ensuring our customers are at the front on all decision making and receive exceptional levels of service, whilst maintaining growth margins. In return, we are offering a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, plus a bi annual bonus and a list of attractive benefits.
We invite applications from After Sales Services Managers with the following attributes:
Experience of managing an Aftersales Services Team ideal within Electromechanical and Software based solutions.
Experience in implementing change and development of processes to increase efficiencies.
Technical experience within an Engineering environment
Experience in achieving against sales targets.
Experience in new and renewal based sales processes.
You need to have worked in a similar position before and have a track record with strong leadership capabilities (5 years).
