An exciting opportunity for a German or Italian Speaking After Sales
Coordinator to join a large Engineering Company based in Teesside.
You will be a dedicated contact partner for customers and clients in
your allocated area, offering a professional service at all times.
Responsibilities of the role include:
* Ensure that all orders are processed within deadline, responding
to all queries in a professional manner
* Manage the order book for your territory, advise partners of any
delays which may cause concern
* Liaise with factories and suppliers
* Liaise with finance to ensure payments and credit terms are
* Archiving all processed orders
* Coordinate shipments in a timely manner
* Deal with aftersales issues and process remakes if necessary
* Liaise with Sales Managers and Finance teams on a regular basis
You will have the ability to manage your time and workload effectively
to ensure clients receive the highest standards of service.
