After Sales Customer Support Executive**

Salary up to £25k, dependent upon experience
Full Time 48 hours over 5 days, including every other Saturday which will be a half day
Based in Hinckley
Reporting to the After Sales Manager
Due to the continuing growth and future expansion we are looking for skilled Customer Service Advisors to support our customers in resolving any issues they experience after taking delivery of their vehicle, this is a demanding, varied and rewarding role.
You will work closely with all of your colleagues in the V12 Team to ensure that we deliver a fantastic experience to all customers who call our After Sales support line.
You will possess:
* Excellent communication and rapport building skills (both on the phone and via email)
* Knowledge of Automotive mechanical/electrical systems
* Demonstrate a warm and empathetic approach
* A positive can do attitude
* Be a good team player
* Be process driven and be able to add value
* Good IT & typing skills
* Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and influence colleagues and customers.
