Cordant People Swansea is looking for charismatic, committed and confident fast-learners for our Llansamlet client in an exciting growth phase.

Salary: Up to £20k depending on experience
Hours: Working 40 hours per week over 5 days (weekend work involved)
Experience required/ Responsibilities:
Previous customer service experience
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent administration skills
Ability to listen and troubleshoot queries/ problem solving
Professionally handle pre-travel and in resort enquiries from all customers, respond accordingly and resolve effectively
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload to ensure targets are met
Ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to adapt quickly
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience with spreadsheets, reporting and booking check would be beneficial although not essential
This role is heavy admin based and includes taking calls within the department. We are looking for an individual with an excellent telephone manner, reliable and self motivated. You will need to be able to work to targets and exceed.
