Aftersales Manager required for our dealership in Cambridge
Basic Salary £40,000pa BONUS & OTE up to £60,000pa

Our client is looking for a process driven and proactive experienced Aftersales Manager to join and manage their team, motivating the service department and ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements with their best interest as your priority. You will be a positive individual with a strong work ethic.
As an Aftersales Manager you will need to be a strong performer who is able to monitor managing a team whilst hitting your own daily target. This will include managing the service team and coordinating an organised and cost-effective process for aftersales and servicing of vehicles, ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop in an efficient manner. You will also be working to maximise performance and overcome challenges, by growing retail service and improving efficiency within the vehicle repair workshop.
Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:00am – 18:00pm. Saturdays (1 in 3) 8:30am - 16:00pm
Essential Skills & Qualifications of an After Sales Manager
·Must have experience as an Aftersales Manager in a main dealership
·Strong leadership and evidence of outstanding customer service
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·The ability to motivate and inspire a team in a target driven environment
