A great opportunity has come up for an Internal Sales Engineer working for an exciting client who are based in Buckinghamshire who offers a wide range of ventilation, natural lighting and natural cooling systems into various markets.
The primary role of this position as Internal Sales Engineer is to manage the After Sales department which includes maintenance sales, technical support, commissioning and warranty. You will also be liaising with end users and contractors, managing the existing staff, ensuring commissioning and troubleshooting is conducted efficiently, proactively managing product warranty issues and maximising maintenance sales. You will also need to hold a full UK driving licence as occasional travel is required.
Key skills/experience for the Internal Sales Engineer:
Experience of working within a technically biased role ideally within the Ventilation industry
Strong sales techniques and skills or the potential to develop skills in selling and building client relationships
Technical understanding and ability to quickly adopt to new products / technical developments
Build up relationships and network with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written English is required
