After Sales Manager
Salary: £30 - £32K Basic - OTE £55K - £60K
Rota: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
Benefits: Company Car + Fuel card
My client, a successful hire company based nationwide, are looking for a After Sales Manager to join their sales team. The role will be based in the Essex area and will be both office and field based, requiring visits to customer and potential customer sites.
The successful After Sales Manager will require the following:
Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years after sales experience in the Automotive Industry.
Strong new business development skills.
Effective account management / development capabilities.
Personable – ability to build strong relationships.
Strong presentation and customer facing skills (written and verbal presentations, equipment demonstration, price negotiation and objection handling).
Commercial acumen (need identification, market awareness, competitor awareness).
Solution sales ability.
IT skills (Microsoft Office, email etc.).
Excellent organisational skills (specifically territory planning, time management and working to deadline).
Ability to absorb client information and communicate features and benefits to customers
in return my client will offer the successful After Sales Manager:
Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week, but may be more to fulfill the job requirements.
Highly competitive salary plus excellent commission and quarterly bonus.
