Handle and resolve all incoming technical warranty cases from our dealers and direct customers in the warranty database within the given time parameters
Responsible for managing warranties according to Hyva’s guidelines and principles
Create & manage rolling customer experience improvement plans.
Ensure the necessary improvements and corrective actions are taken where variations of target achievement occur.
To Identify root cause analyse and rectify to improve reliability
Improve the quality of customer service and retention by enhanced facilities, improved technical skills and high standards of quality workmanship.
Reporting After Sales statistics, trends and financials
Establish & maintain good relationships with all other departmental colleagues.
In cooperation with the after sales administrator, ensure all clerical functions within the department are carried out in accordance with stated policies, e.g. Warranty claims, customer follow ups, workshop loading, estimating, invoicing ,daily operating controls, stock ordering, parts returns surcharges.
Define a service program for our UK distribution and work closely with our Agents to roll out and sustain this program.
Drive sales and marketing support initiatives.
Review with After Sales Supervisor all departmental activities and reporting systems
Experienced in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook , Word)
Experience in Automotive/Trucks environment High level of product and its application knowledge
Clear communicator with good skills in articulating technical advice
Knowledge of hydraulic mechanic pneumatic and electrical systems
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role with proven track record
