Our reputable client is now looking to appoint a commercially driven
After Sales Office Manager on a permanent basis

The successful candidate will manage a small team to ensure all
customer KPIs are achieved and communicated effectively, while also
demonstrating excellent customer focus and the continuous development
of commercial opportunities.

Daily Responsibilities:

* Effectively manage the Customer Service team to ensure excellent
customer service and response

* Manage customer requirements for spare parts - overseeing the
communication and administration process from start to finish

* Supervise daily administration duties – preparation of quotations,
part identification, order processing, logistics and invoicing
duties

* Proactively manage customer expectations, outstanding calls and
queries

* Generate and support your team with commercially driven customer
service solutions

* Drive, monitor and deliver against company KPIs and SLAs Work to
develop and improve systems, procedures and customer service
levels

* Manage and prepare reports on agreed KPIs and SLAs for both
internal and external review

* Produce and analyse reports to identify trends and suitable action
required

* Work to build strong relationships with new and existing customers

* Attend customer meetings

* Recognise and identify new commercial opportunities – drive sales
with external customers

* Daily management and prioritisation of team work load in a
challenging and reactive environment

* Performance management, training and development

* Ability to ‘drop down’ and support the team administratively when
required

Essential Experience:

* Experience in team management, leadership and sales

* Pro-active, solution driven working attitude with strong problem
solving skills

* Client account management – relationship building skills

* Ability to communicate and influence at all levels

* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills – planning team
