After Sales Service Team Leader - Renewables
Salary :- Up to £30k + Pension & Good Benefits
Location :- Wokingham, Surrey
Company:- The organisation are one of Europe’s leading Heating and Renewable technology manufacturer, offering products and turnkey solutions to a number of sectors.
As the After Sales Team Leader reporting directly to the After Sales Office Manager, the main purpose of this role is to lead the team supporting the needs of our CHP customers, and in the future, heat pumps and related new technologies.
The role will involve;
Ensuring at all times that a positive customer experience is delivered, through coaching, motivating and assessing individual performance. Also involving training members of the team and liaising with relevant departments.
Alongside the entire team, handle all After Sales Service enquiries via all channels of communication
Identify the best solutions to problems and communicate effectively in order to ensure labour and parts as necessary are deployed in a timely manner within SLA’s.
Liaise effectively with engineers, customer service agents and warehouse staff to ensure that customers priorities are met
Ensure that effective communication is maintained at all times with clients and internal personnel alike
Provide timely and accurate processing of customer orders and requests
File both electronic and paper files and other relevant clerical duties
Investigate and resolve queries
Experience & Skills Required
Experience in a technical customer service environment
Proven track record of operating effectively in a pressurised commercial contact centre environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, showcasing your ability to deal with internal and external customers
Excellent written, numerical and verbal skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
Previous experience of Infor M3 would be an advantage
NVQ Level 4 would also be beneficial
