Primary contact with OEM customers commissioning teams and aftersales support.

Provide technical advice and support from documentation provided.

Aim for excellent customer satisfaction

Co-ordinates warranty claims for SML.

Manage warranty costs and balance those against customer expectations

Act independently within the boundaries of the Selden warranty policy.

Promote Selden products to solve customer problems.

To work with all areas of sales assisting during busy periods and providing customer and technical support when required. Cover holiday requirements for all product lines.

QC ‘premium’ products prior to shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
