Working in a small team, the Aftersales Support Technician liaises with end user customers via phone and email to provide expert advice on the use of the diagnostic equipment. Although you will have used diagnostic equipment before, the company will provide extensive training on their product range to enable you to represent the brand as a product expert.
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Be a confident user of diagnostic equipment in a workshop setting.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a capable user of MS Office.
- Demonstrate a motivated and customer focused approach.
- Show a keen interest in the tools/automotive industry.
