Due to continuing business success and growth we now have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Automotive Business Manager to become part of our field based team covering our UK dealership network.
This is a varied role and will require you to travel extensively throughout the UK and work with our teams across all marks and dealerships.
As our successful Automotive Business Manager, you will be responsible for travelling across our UK dealer network as required. Supporting our team of Dealer Principals, your day to day responsibilities will include:
- The control and maintenance of FCA adherence
- Working towards the increasing profitability of our well established Sales Team
- Supporting the Sales Manager to ensure the business meets its profit and volume targets
- Maximising profitability per unit sale
- Exploring opportunities and managing all enquiries
- Ensuring accurate completion of all documentation
- Liaising with the finance companies to achieve the reimbursement of all finance commissions and payments
As our successful Automotive Business Manager, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the Automotive Industry, though applications from candidates of a Finance background welcome. As a minimum standard you must have previous experience working in a KPI/Target driven environment within the finance industry and be fully FSA compliant.
You will need to have excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels.
