You’ll focus on maximising profitability through the sales of labour, parts and materials, continually assessing against budget objectives, invoicing and job costing in the bodyshop department. Performing regular reviews of pricing policies, you’ll also undertake competitor analysis and create merchandising agendas, ensuring appropriate legislation is adhered to throughout. In addition you’ll direct and motivate the bodyshop team and set aftersales related targets.
With previous experience gained in aftersales, parts or service roles, you’ll be process driven with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering outstanding customer service. Familiar with managing departmental budgets and of investigating pricing and labour rates in the market, you’ll also have an excellent understanding of systems and processes within a service department and how and where to make improvements.
