An exciting opportunity has arisen with us for a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager working on a market leading programme for a premium automotive manufacturer.
The key responsibility for this role will be to ensure that strong and mutually beneficial partnerships are built across all areas of Paint and Body. You will need to be highly influential, resilient and exceptional at relationship management at multiple levels.
Working from a home base, you will need highly effective communication, influencing and negotiating skills and be an exceptional high performer who consistently exceeds targets and expectations. You must have the capability to work under your own initiative with limited supervision in a challenging, fast paced environment.
You are expected to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the automotive repair / motor insurance industry with a proven track record of relationship management at a senior level. Knowledge of the working practices of insurers with regard to motor claims is essential.
A good eye for detail and computer literacy are essential components of the role, as you will be managing key performance data and reports on Avant’s unique software systems.
