£17,500 + Bonus of £3,000 per annum

Overview: If you are looking for a Call Centre Customer Service Advisor job near Chester then we would love to speak to you. We are looking for enthusiastic, hard working, fun loving people with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to join a really exciting business in their small but growing call centre which services the UK car insurance market. This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday only with shifts between 9am and 7pm - You MUST own your own transport as the call centre is based in a rural location with plenty of parking but no access to public transport.

The Call Centrer Customer Service Job: As a Call Centre Customer Service Advisor you will take calls from and make calls to car owners in the UK who are looking to renew their car insurance policy and are seeking assistance with their quotes. You will build rapport with the customer, clarify exactly what the customer is looking for and transfer them through to the right insurance company. This is a fast paced inbound and outbound role where you will be speaking to a lot of different people, helping them get the best deal on their car insurance.

The Company: This business is a dynamic, entrepreneurial company with an excellent track record of providing services to the insurance market in the UK, Europe and the USA. Fast moving, fun loving and a great place to work, there call centre is based in their offices in Chowley (CH3).

You: We are not looking for call centre experience for this role. What we are looking for is enthusiastic, hard working fun loving people with a great attitude towards work and life. Strong communication skills and a confident approach are essential and a degree of flexibility would be great. You MUST own your own transport as the call centre is based in a rural location with plenty of parking but no access to public transport.
