About the Role
As a member of the Motors Sales Team, the Client Account Manager will be responsible for the management and growth of a select group of existing independent dealer accounts.
Maximising retention and delivering growth through a sales through service approach, you will manage all customer queries effectively and within the agreed SLA’s whilst consistently achieving individual and team KPI’s. Participating and achieving the minimum standards required within scheduled Motors sales campaigns and tasks, you will adhere to the agreed call cycles to ensure regular customer contact is maintained and prevent any credits by managing all tasks and administration responsibilities effectively.
With strong communication and interpersonal skills, the successful candidate will have a committed and flexible attitude towards the role and be capable of solving problems when they arise. Good negotiation skills are prerequisite as is the ability to generate ideas and prioritise time and tasks effectively.
