Job Description of a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager
- Manage a team of 4 Sales Executives and 1 Sales Administrator
- Your main duties will be to unleash the potential of a stable sales team and stretch targets, ambitions and drive performance.
- You will be targeted around sales and profit performance and customer satisfaction performance.
- You will motivate, manage, organise and encourage new ideas and processes to increase performance.
- You will formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance and accessory sales
- Overall, it's your job to make the business happen.

Working Hours – Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6pm plus Saturday's 9am - 4pm on a rota basis
