Im currently recruiting for Customer Care Supervisor. My client operate in the residential sector building new build houses & care homes.
Undertake repairs and maintenance to existing homes during defects liability period and possibly beyond as directed.
Carry out works diligently, skilfully, safely and tidily and awareness that in most cases tenants will be present in their homes.
Complete repair and maintenance work in accordance with the original job specification/s and in compliance with relevant and current legislation, trade body & industry standards and best practice.
Complete a record of works carried out on a daily basis, sign off job sheets, time sheets and any other forms required.
Carry out responsibilities with due regard for tenants including equality & diversity requirements
Attend training as required (see requirements below)
Provide general support and assistance to your Manager as required
Carry out any other duties as reasonably required by the Customer Care Department Manager
Position includes a company van of an appropriate size to carry out duties efficiently, company fuel card and branded workwear.

Minimum Training Qualifications
Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS 5 day)
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
Gas Safety Awareness
Electrical Safety Awareness
Manual Handling Training
Carpentry qualification, skills, experience preferred
