An iconic Automotive Manufacturer steeped in history is looking to recruit a Customer Coordinator based in their Midlands head office.

You will be the main point of contact between the dealers and retail and corporate customers for the successful resolution of customer complaints that have not been resolved through the normal customer complaints process.

This would suit someone who is based in an automotive dealership in a customer focused role looking to move to a Monday - Friday role, or someone based in an automotive supplier or manufacturer with experience of handling customer complaints.
