WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
This role heads up the final (and most important) part of the customer’s journey through CarShop, your team are responsible for the reveal of a customer's shiny new purchase. Your role will ensure that all vehicles have been inspected to the highest possible standard and any work required is completed.
You will also oversee the coaching and leadership of your team, manage and record complaints and objections as well as positive feedback. As well as performing attendance review meetings, 121’s and coaching sessions and performance manage where necessary.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
Ideally you will experience leading a team in a retail, hospitality or other customer service environment. With knowledge of managing difficult customers/complaints.
Other than that we are looking for, good organisation and excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as a desire to lead and inspire a team to achieve targets.
The only thing we NEED from you is a Full UK/EU Driving License.
