Our client, a privately owned motor group, now require a Dealer Principal to head a prestige motorcycle dealership based in Southern England. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to grow and develop the business, which is a flagship site within the business.
As a Dealer Principal you will have complete control of the business, managing all staff across sales and aftersales department. The role is pivotal to the continued success of this iconic brand within this market area of the country. Either way you will be a high performer who consistently exceeds targets and expectations with a proven track-record in your career to date. Ideally you will currently be working within the motorcycle sector, however you may be in a car environment with a passion for 2 wheels.
A real people person is required who will inspire excellence and consistently motivate, energise and drive up the performance levels of the team. With a strategic approach to business, you’ll recruit further key team member, control cash flow, stocks and assets and monitor financial performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You’ll also work closely to develop manufacturer relationships to help increase sales through promotional activity.
