As a Front of House Manager they believe you should be passionate about delivering the very best experience from the moment the customers make first contact with them.
As a Front of House Manager you will lead by example providing motivation and support to the Aftersales Department.
-Ensure that customers receive a first class experience whilst visiting the dealership
-Manage the customer journey to ensure that all needs are anticipated and met
-Manage, motivate and develop the front of house team.
-Anticipate all customer needs to ensure they are addressed effectively and speedily.
-You will have the ability to read people and anticipate their needs
-You will be innovative and forward thinking — constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience
-You will have outstanding communication, motivation and coaching skills.
-It is not essential you have previous experience in the motor trade however having experience in Event Management or 5* Hospitality would be desirable.
-You will be computer literate, and conversant with all Microsoft and other operating platforms e.g. android.
