Our Client is one of the largest full-range spare parts suppliers for commercial vehicles in Germany and subsidiaries worldwide. They are currently opening a subsidiary in England to improve Parts supplies for the UK & Irish market and to increase the brand awareness in the market. As the General Manager, Building up our new site in England, incl. creation of structures and processes. Responsible for Human Resource Management. Significantly growing sales in the UK & Irish market by building relationship with existing and new customers, incl. planning and monitoring of sales targets. Increasing the companies Brand Value in the markets. Responsible for dealing with all authorities and all external consultants in the region. Responsible for adherence to Legal Compliance as well as assuring its actuality and monitoring changes in the UK and Ireland. Responsible for Finance Management, incl. Budgeting and Year End Closing. Direct preparation of business plans and presentation to the company Management in the headquarter for approval. Responsibility to assure that the Group’s policy is followed and adhered to. Salary: Neg + OTE - MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE.
