You will approach situations with an enthusiastic and positive manner, to ensure the Vindis Group, your colleagues and our customers all benefit. Highly customer-focused and experienced, you will assume responsibly for your team, take control of the daily operations within your department and complement our ‘one business’ mindset by working closely with the Centre’s Aftersales Manager. You should have a proven track record in selling and negotiating, plus an understanding of sales processes and manufacturer requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: exceeding sales and profitability targets, ensuring the Sales team provides a world class service to our customers and, essentially, providing progressive leadership to our valued employees.
In control of a small team, this role requires you to be transactional, with a good knowledge of vehicle finance. In 2018 we expect our multi franchise luxury and sports cars pre-owned facility at this Centre to grow, and experience of this market sector would be beneficial.
