About the Role
The Imagery Team are responsible for managing a team of 130 Photographers and ensuring all our customers receive their contracted scheduled visits. The team consists of 5 team members and we are now looking for an Imagery Co-ordinator to join us.
Within the role, you will be responsible for co-ordinating Photographer visits in a cost effective manner, providing a high level of customer service at all times to both our internal and external customers. You must ensure all images are received within agreed timescales and that the quality of images are within the required standards and SLA’s. It will also be your responsibility to identify and resolve any issues which arise, escalating appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
We’re looking for a highly organised and resilient individual who has proven experience in a customer facing environment. With a friendly yet professional telephone manner and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships, you will be capable of working well under pressure to tight timescales and be computer literate, including Microsoft Office.
