Your role will be to develop both new and existing Service account business to enable Service sales targets to be achieved.
The Account Manager manages the relationship with the client of the account(s) they are assigned to. They serve as the interface between the customer and the sales team in a company. They create long term relationships with the portfolio of assigned clients by establishing and understanding the customer's demands, planning how to meet these demands, and generating sales for the company as a result.
The account manager who works in this role will engage in a variety of tasks including project management, coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, leadership and innovative development of opportunities and keeping record of transaction of sale and purchase goods. The tasks may include working with product design and application, logistics, sales support, and marketing.
