A car manufacturer with a reputation for quality, innovate products that push boundaries are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to develop and deliver training the strategic aims of their academy with the objective to deliver top of Industry Customer Service excellence across their dealer network.
You will develop and deliver the annual academy training strategy for dealership training with full budget responsibility. You will lead a team direct reports & out-sourced agency personnel with overall responsibility for supporting the development and implementation of the key Learning & Development programmes for the manufacturer’s UK dealer network.
This role would suit a degree educated, experienced manager with a background in learning and development. You will ideally have a background in the automotive sector however candidates with training and development experience in other retail businesses would also be welcomed. A strong appreciation for excellent customer service would be a great advantage. You will need experience in agency selection and management and demonstrate excellent commercial and business acumen.
