The position is based in West Drayton paying £12 per hour. Must be able to drive ( car provided )
Overall description
Supporting the Marketing Executive with the marketing and promotion of office space across the company portfolio. Helping other members of the team with administrative duties.
Liaise with design agencies to produce marketing particulars (brochures, marketing boards, emailers, pop-up banners) Stock control of brochures
Event management experience (organizing property launches with agents, networking events, manage business park community events)
Website updates (WordPress) and liaise with agencies and internal web developers on updates to property specific micro-sites
Updating of Image Library
Booking of photographers
Experience of social media within business (Experience of SEO, PPC and Google Analytics would be useful)
Regular review of agent sites to ensure our properties are accurately presented
