Automotive Sales Executive required for premium volume brand
£20,000 + OTE + Company Car
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join our Client’s Main Dealer Sales Team
Experience in an Automotive Sales Executive position within a Franchised Dealer is preferred, however candidates with a strong and proven sales background, and a passion to get into car sales will be considered.
You will have ability and understanding to look after their client’s customers from the initial enquiry through to handover advising them on finance and insurance products and ensuring that their expectations are exceeded
You should be able to walk your customers through the sales process in a confident and thoughtful way, but have the strength to close the sale and complete the process
We are looking for enthusiasm along with experience in face-to-face/showroom sales
To thrive within a target-driven environment, you will have excellent skills of communication, persuasion and negotiation
You will be keen to develop win-win situations and bring a natural charisma to your role
