Sales Executive Tunbridge Wells £45k OTE + Company Car 4.5 days per week plus Saturdays (includes a working Sunday rota)
We are recruiting for a main dealer where you will specialise in brand that focuses on being innovative and modern. You'll be based at a large and bright dealership in the Tunbridge Wells area. The ideal candidate will have Car Sales experience and has the ability to comply with FCA regulations as well as working with both dealership and brand standards.
Key Objectives: To build a rapport with customers and identify their requirements To deliver excellent customer satisfaction To make daily prospecting calls using our dealer database and systems To achieve and maintain a high level of new and used vehicle sales including add-on sales To represent the brand in accordance with dealer standards and Company requirements To actively maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business To act with due diligence when negotiating and completing a sales transaction
Full and further training will be provided to ensure you will be able to reach your full potential, these would include: Group Sales Process training Group Appraisal training Manufacturer product and systems training
