Sales Executive required for Premium Brand in Chelmsford
£12,000 plus commission
Having built a solid, showroom-based Sales career, you’ll be highly customer focused and with the ability to build a great rapport with those that enter the dealership. Guiding customers through a structured sales process in an empathetic and supportive way, you’ll always be striving to go the extra mile to not only exceed customer expectations, but also those of the business.
The right candidate will have:
A current and valid driver’s licence;
A minimum of one year’s experience in the motor industry;
Professional appearance and attitude;
Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills;
Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative;
Knowledge of automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and ownership;
Good knowledge of financing and basic mathematics skills
