Our client, a commercial and passenger vehicle manufacturer, now need to recruit an experienced National Aftersales Quality Manager to lead a team who manage dealers and fleet customers.
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who has an aftersales background in cars and commercial vehicles, as well as the ability to man-manage a national team of Area Managers. This role is the key link between Head Office, the Area Managers, the Dealer network and National Fleet customers. There will be a responsibility to focus on ensuring that there is an improvement in quality of the dealer network focusing on aftersales standards and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will also be responsible to manage key dealer accounts on a national basis as well as have the ability to work with poor performing dealers to improve their profitability.
Excellent knowledge of Aftersales, CSI, and other Quality standards within the automotive industry, a high level of numeracy, strong attention to detail, organisation and motivation are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
