The Company: Our client provides a range of ethical parking enforcement solutions, so far they have won business with the likes of Burger King, Hilton and the NHS! The range of services include pay and display machines and self-ticketing, manned patrol and security cameras. Now looking for a driven sales person who is looking to develop into a management role and expand the team. You must have strong account management and new business experience - The top performer is now the MD!

The Role: The Business Development Manager will be covering a national remit, working from home and attending the weekly sales meeting in East London/Essex. Self generating new business and converting warm leads will be your primary focus, selling commercial parking solutions to a range of businesses and public sector organisations such as hospitals and housing associations. Targeted on closing one contract every 3 months, you will be tasked with hitting an annual target of 500K – quality over quantity is important here.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

* New business sales experience

* Ideally sold a solution – not just products

* Must have commercial awareness

* Full driving licence

Benefits of this Business Development Manager role:

* Up to £40,000 basic salary, dependent on experience

* Plus £20,000 commission – paid quarterly

* Car allowance after 6 month probation, mobile, laptop and pension
