Our client, a commercial and passenger vehicle manufacturer, now need to recruit an experienced National Corporate & Leasing Manager to lead a team who manage major corporate fleets and key contract hire companies in the UK.
They are seeking an experienced individual who has a sales background in developing and growing corporate sales within an automotive B2B environment.
The role will manage a national team of Area Sales Managers, therefore requiring the individual to be able to create a sales development plan for the team to achieve effective levels of sales activity, appointment making and visit follow up activity.
This role is the key link between Head Office, the Area Sales Managers and the Corporate Marketplace in the UK. There will be a responsibility to focus on ensuring that the required sales volumes are achieved and also to make sure that interfaces are maintained between other key stakeholders in the UK and with the EMEA teams.
Excellent knowledge of cars and commercial vehicles within the automotive industry, a high level of numeracy, strong attention to detail, organisation and motivation are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
