A rare and exciting opportunity to join a very niche market as a Business Development Manager with a national presence, in the contract hire sector.
Due to the expansion of our department we are now looking for a new member to help grow our business further. Responsible for all new business enquiries and growth opportunities in a thriving exclusive market, you will be the first point of contact for all your customers. Supported by a full team of sales and admin, your time will predominately be spent in the field developing and nurturing long standing relationships.
Your role will also consist of generating new leads, updating the internal CRM, identifying growth areas, keeping up to date with market trends, ensuring profitability, creating and delivering batch deal opportunities, whilst working in and adhering to manufacturer and audit standards.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and finance, possess excellent communications skills and professionalism is key to this position
IT and organisation skills are essential as is a forward-thinking approach to the role. Motor trade experience in the fleet and contract hire sector is a must
