John Clark (Aberdeen) Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an experienced BMW New Car Sales Manager.
You will play a key role in progressing the business by meeting targets alongside the management team. Friendly and professional, you’ll inspire your team to make every customer’s experience at the dealership exceptional. Naturally confident, with a wealth of managerial experience in a franchised car dealership, you will have strong leadership skills and have the ability to implement change to take the dealership to new heights.
- Achieve and strive to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team
- Work with the Senior Management Team to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance and accessory sales
- Maximise sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers
- Achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control
- Relevant experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in Sales within the automotive sector.
- A clean, current driving licence.
- Experience and skills to review financial, volume and operational objectives.
